With 12 years of experience working in the medical field, and her specialties being focused on primary care and cardiology, Jenna Capizzi, FNP is definitely the companion every family can trust for their healthcare needs.

Jenna finished her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse and at the Columbia College of Nursing. Afterwards, she went to Concordia University to further study medicine and scale up her expertise. She specifically chose primary care and cardiology as her specialties because the fusion of the two allows her to cater to both the patients in her day-to-day practice and those that need help with more severe concerns.

“Primary care offers the ability to care for acute, chronic, and healthy individuals all in one day. I hope to bring my cardiology experience into play by practicing primary prevention while simultaneously treating chronic conditions,” said Capizzi.

When not working with patients, she unwinds with her husband and their three little ones, trying out different restaurants and enjoying the outdoors. She believes in the value of having an accountability partner as one takes small, yet proactive steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner who finds joy in treating people of all ages and providing local specialized services in a community like Hudson, her care and expertise will definitely make a lasting impact on the well-being of the people in the area, and perhaps even beyond.
