Teresa Sanford attended a college that specialized in nursing, and she followed that career path to Hudson Physicians where she is a nurse practitioner. Teresa Sanford loves it here because every day is different which keeps her feeling challenged and inspired.
In her free time, Teresa maintains a hobby farm with her husband and four children. As a busy family of six, meal planning has become a group effort. Every weekend, each person takes responsibility for planning one meal for the coming week. It has to include both fruits and vegetables, and everyone has to accept each other’s meal choice for that day.
Teresa enjoys gardening, horseback riding, jogging and playing with her kids. She recommends incorporating household chores into your exercise regimen. For example, shoveling snow, mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, or just a good game of Duck-Duck-Goose can burn lots of calories and help you accomplish your goals.
