Dr. Young understands the stresses of today’s parents and knows families are challenged with balancing health and wellness against their multiple daily commitments. He recommends “focusing on today” and having an attitude of gratitude in all you do. With this perspective, Dr. Young is able to provide thorough care while maximizing how efficiently his patients are served.

His medical interests include caring for expectant mothers, young families, and sports-related injuries. “As a family physician, I provide healthcare for the entire family. My training also prepares me to deliver high-quality, up-to-date obstetrical and gynecological services, bringing a family-centered approach to pregnancy and beyond.”

Dr. Young, along with his family, enjoys adventure travel, medical mission trips, spending time on the St. Croix, skiing and cycling. He recommends making activity in any form a priority every day.
