1. Download HealtheLife - Apps on Google Play ahead of time
2. Click enable to allow access to your camera and microphone.
3. Make sure your volume is on and you’ve tested your microphone
4. Close unnecessary programs

Troubleshooting
- When starting a video visit, the video player asks for permission to access the microphone and camera. If the user declines, or if the user joins a video visit and disables those settings during the visit, the visit ends and the user is disconnected.
