Jessica Blackford DNP

"I love to get to know my patients and be a part of their journey through life and health. As a family nurse practitioner, it’s my goal to help people live healthier lives, one decision at a time."

Jessica Blackford is a real people person and comes from a family of nurses who taught her the value of giving back through the care of others. Her grandmother worked for The Red Cross for many years, and her aunt is a nurse, who has worked both in the states and Papua, New Guinea.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys playing disc golf, traveling, photography, running around with her dogs, and reading with her children. “If I can find activities that I really enjoy, that are active, I am more likely to stick to it.”

Jessica also enjoys kayaking in the summer and swing dancing in the winter to stay active.
