Madison Teich DO

"Teaching and serving my community are two passions that I have had all my life."

Madison Teich, DO, is a pediatrician who believes great healthcare begins with strong relationships. She values partnering with children and their families to provide guidance, support, and preventive care that helps kids thrive through every stage of development.

Growing up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Dr. Teich always knew she wanted a career that would allow her to connect with people and make a meaningful difference in her community. Medicine offered the perfect opportunity to combine her passion for teaching and service while helping families navigate important health decisions. She enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and their families and considers those connections one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Dr. Teich was excited to join Hudson Physicians because of its close-knit team and commitment to providing exceptional care for children throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Returning closer to home also gave her the opportunity to live and work in the same community as many of the families she serves.

She chose Pediatrics because it allows her to care for families as a whole rather than focusing on a single individual. She is especially passionate about preventive medicine and helping children establish healthy habits early in life. Her professional interests include mental health and vaccinations, two topics she sees families discussing frequently.

For Dr. Teich, success as a pediatrician is measured by the trust she builds with patients and their families. She believes that forming respectful, lasting relationships creates the foundation for excellent care and positive health outcomes.

Outside of work, Dr. Teich enjoys reading historical fiction, baking desserts, and playing Euchre with family and friends. She also has a creative side and says that if she had not become a physician, she would have pursued a career in interior design. She enjoys taking on small home improvement and decorating projects whenever she can.

Her advice for staying healthy is simple: personal health is a community project. Dr. Teich believes that friends, family, and supportive communities play an important role in helping people reach their health goals. She encourages families to make both physical and mental wellness a priority and believes healthy living should be enjoyable, not overwhelming.
