Hudson Physicians Welcomes Family Medicine Doctor, Alpana Tiwari, MD
With 15 years of practice in family medicine, Dr. Tiwari has mastered not only the intricacies of various health diseases, but also the art of listening to different stories. Growing up in a large extended household with a father who is a physician was among the foundations of her current career path. She was born in the United States, raised in India where she attended medical School. She then moved back to the US to pursue her residency at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN.
She now finds joy and passion not only in exploring the diversity of medical issues in her field, but also in the narratives of every individual–from the children to the elderly–she gets to encounter in her day-to-day practice. When not in the clinic, Dr. Tiwari enjoys her free time gardening, cooking, or bonding with her family and friends. She’s also a certified dog lover and an adventurous soul who finds fascination in outdoor activities such as hiking and traveling.
