Hudson Physicians is pleased to welcome Sara Holmberg, Adult Nurse Practitioner. Sara started seeing patients in November at Hudson Physicians main clinic in Hudson, WI.
“I greatly enjoy building relationships, caring for others, and working with them to keep moving closer to their personal goals.” said Sara. She enjoys providing care that promotes healthy lifestyle choices while managing chronic diseases over the lifespan. There has always been a special place in her heart for geriatrics.
Hudson is a wonderful area and working here provides her with an opportunity to give back to the community. Sara enjoys being connected to people in the community she resides.
Outside of work, Sara loves the outdoors, camping, canoeing, hiking and most importantly spending time with family.
Sara attended College and Medical School at Metropolitan State University.
