Hudson Physicians is giving $2,500 to support the Free Clinic of Pierce and St Croix Counties. This donation is arriving in support of their Variety Show and Marketplace, a fun event for the entire family.
The event took place November 1st at the River Falls Middle School. The even is not only a great time, it is also an important fundraiser for a critical resource for our community.
The Free Clinic of Pierce and St Croix Counties provides health care to residents who cannot afford health care on their own. In addition to this financial support, a number of Hudson Physicians providers and clinic staff volunteer weekly.
“Without the Free Clinic, many people would have nowhere to turn when they need help the most,” said Ernie Wallin, Clinic Administrator for Hudson Physicians. “The health and wellbeing of our whole community depends on how we take care of those in need. We are proud to do our part to support them.”
The Free Clinic, located at 1687 Division Street in River Falls, offers preventative health care, including prescription assistance every Tuesday evening. Health care providers not only treat the illnesses, but also make every effort to work with the patients to ensure their continued heath.
